It has been timely to come to therapeutic practice later in my life as I bring a calmer and quieter understanding of myself and my personal relationships, especially as as mother, partner, daughter, friend and colleague. I think this helps with bringing an assuredness and life experience to my work.

I have also been able to reflect, learn and build on my professional career across the public and voluntary sectors in education, engagement, equalities, health and wellbeing, to better understand and focus on what I believe matters most, our mental health, our relationships and how to live well in this complex and ever-changing world.
